Return Policy

At ePaint.com we realize that you may buy more paint than you thought you needed. If you have a can(s) of paint and you wish to return it you can do so by returning it in accordance with hazardous materials shipping regulations. Most UPS locations can help you with this process. You are responsible for return shipping costs. To receive a refund for the full value of your purchase, products must be returned in unopened containers within 30 days from the original invoice date.

All returns must be accompanied with an ePaint.com packing list for identification purposes; if you no longer have the packing list you can look the order up by logging in to your account or contact us for the order number to include with your return and ship to:
